My Partner Marcus and I, work very closely together, I share my clients information with him as he is my mentor, this means I am able to provide my clients with an even better service. We receive, collect and store information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. This information is name, email, address, telephone numbers.
We collect this Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate our Services;

To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

The information is held on our password protected computers.
In addition to this Rosie and Marcus share and discuss (exclusively with each other) information presented by clients in their therapy sessions, this is done verbally only, no written records are made of what clients disclose in sessions. This is done so that we can understand better the needs of each client, and to improve the service we offer to them.
We do not share or sell information to third parties. The only exception to this is if clients lead us to believe they are at risk of harming themselves or others, in which case we will pass on all relevant information to the appropriate authority.
